How it works

Three steps. A report you can use.

  1. 1

    Upload a PDF

Use a digital monthly statement from your processor portal.

  2. 2

    We review the costs

SwipeAudit reads supported fees, checks available math and rate references, and flags items to discuss.

  3. 3

    Know what to ask

Get a report with findings, explanations, and questions for your processor.

Clear answers, including the limits

Sometimes $0.00 is the right answer.

A zero computed discrepancy means no overcharge was found in the lines we could directly check. Some statements leave out the detail needed to verify a rate or calculate an effective rate. When that happens, the report explains what is missing and gives you useful questions instead of a guessed dollar amount.

Some multi-location, bundled, and mixed-period statements receive a limited review. If fees and volume cannot be reconciled, we withhold the effective rate and computed dollar claims. Scans, photos, and detected non-USD or cross-border fees are outside the supported scope. Check coverage
